The staff here were super friendly during our entire stay. the location of this place was awesome, being so close to the supermarket, the beautiful Playa Carmen, and plenty of restaurants. 🌴.

The hotel met all requests. The room was both tidy and perfect with big bathroom and a great hot shower, for example. Location: the property was so close to Costa Rica as well as the supermarket and center of town. Lucky that it was not too far from Culver's, offering food to go.

I stayed at this hotel while exploring the Santa Teresa area for a few days. The affordable price was perfect for my budget, and the basic but clean rooms exceeded my expectations. The private bathroom and shower were well-maintained, and having access to a stocked kitchen was a plus. The owner, Chris, was incredibly knowledgeable and accommodating. The beach was just across the road, and I could easily walk to restaurants and other amenities. Definitely a great place to stay!

The location was perfect, just moments from the main road and a short walk to the beach. The room was comfortable and clean, and the bathroom had hot water. I had an amazing stay at this incredible location in Santa Teresa! the owners, Chris and Catherine, were so welcoming and helpful. the place was spotlessly clean and well-maintained, with a large kitchen and supplies available for use. My room had a huge shower and the overall atmosphere was peaceful and quiet. the beach was just a short walk away, and there were plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. I would definitely stay here again if I ever visit Santa Teresa in the future!
